If a section doesn't launch there may be an issue with Flash and Google Chrome so try:

Google "why doesn't flash work on chrome" and it will lead you to a Adobe forum that gives you some fairly simple instructions on how to fix the issue; or

use Internet Explorer for your browser

This has worked effectively for several participants and unfortunately there is no fix on CTAT's end. It is all Google's fault :) !
